Project Scope:
- Organizing and creating a field for refinery documents to be mechanized and electronic that speed up the engineers and users search
- Gathering, investigating and categorizing technical documents according to the chosen indexes by the client
- Analyze, design and implement the database foundations and platform according to the projects properties
- Storing information in electronic version and transferring it to the data bases by the our engineering team
- Analyze, design and implement the search engine web-based foundations and platform
- Feeding the final structure of database to designed search system
- Reviewing the recorded data by the quality control department and the customer
- Defining the access levels
- Installing software on the clients severs
- Testing system and handover system to client
- Pass the load test of the whole system including database platform and search engine
- Deliver training for operators and administration level
